How to dribble the soccer ball.
One last piece of advice when you're doing this drill make sure you keep the cone spacing small so you have precision when you take your dribble. If you keep the cone spacing big you are never going to mess up and you're going to think you have close control until you get in the game and you're surprised your touches get away from you.
You should be able to change direction with the ball in two touches. If it takes you 1,2,3,4,5 touches to get through it's not good enough. You want to cleanly get through the small space. If you're working nutmegs you cannot run through the cone. So if you pass like this and run through like that means you ran into the defender. You have to play and then go around.
